I lived in an apartment for a year and moved out a few months ago. Spacious place and relatively cheap rent for the area! Drew the property manager was really amazing. It’s not often when you stay at a place with so many renters that you have someone so kind, understanding, and extremely responsive. Gus the maintenance man was also extremely helpful and sweet- and always readily available. I don’t write many reviews, but after the year I’ve had and having a reliable place with staff that was always willing to help, I’m so grateful.

Jessica at RIO is amazing. I first came to see a studio apartment but someone else had gotten the lease right before me, and Jessica immediately helped get me set up with another unit in the same building that opened up right after. She was super helpful and informative throughout the application process and made it quick and easy to get my deposit paid and lease signed. Absolutely superb service, I cannot thank her enough. I highly recommend her services to anyone who is looking for a place to rent.
