Saratoga Ridge Apartment Homes

I truly love my home Saratoga Ridge. I’ve been a happy resident for 2 years.. Customer service is great, bringing me to a wonderful and helpful customer service representative, Kari. She helped me resign my lease, making me feel secure in my own home. Her service was swift, professional and she has a great attitude. Definitely would recommend Saratoga to anyone.

We moved into the apartments at the end of May. From the beginning everyone has been very generous and helpful. We recently put in a maintenance request and they responded quickly. Andrew was very informative and helpful. He was fairly quickly at fixing the issue and explained what the issue was and how to fix it. We are happy with the responsiveness here at the apartment complex.

Moved in two weeks ago. So far zero complaints. Signing the lease virtually was easy and had great communications from the staff.

The complex seems to be well maintained, clean and secure. No signs of bugs, roaches or pest.

The market place on site is a really nice addition and allows for secure package pickup of non usps items.

Apartments are what I would say average sized but the one bedroom has a ton of storage and closet space.

In room laundry is efficient. I had one small maintenance issue on move in day but the staff was very responsive and Tony with maintenance was really friendly and kept me up to date on the repair status.

I have really enjoyed living here, about halfway through my lease the renovations started but I didn't really have a problem because it's making the complex better, having a convenience store is very helpful however it is a bit overpriced. The pools are great and there are so many so if you want to go to one without alot of people you have options. I only had a few issues, When they repainted the buildings they painted an outline around my door that was never removed or fixed, it just looks bad having paint drips around your door. But I mean I never had issues with bugs or anything. And the walls are thick so that's great. They are actually very nice apartments for the price. Definitely recommended.
