I went to Russ a couple of months back to have a whole bag fitting done. We split it up into two sessions to avoid fatigue. Russ was quick to get me into the correct iron shafts and heads utilizing his Flightscope system. I’m pretty sure he’s forgotten more about shafts than most will know over their lifetimes. We moved on to woods the next day. The driver shaft and head added about 15-20 yards and gave me my desired ball flight and spin rate.

The 3W was a different story at first. We settled on a shaft that seemed to be a fit at the time. However, after playing with it for a few weeks there was something off. Russ agreed to meet me not once, but twice, to get it figured out. Today, I could not be more happy with my bag setup.

If you’re thinking about getting fit, I would highly suggest Russ. He knows his stuff, he fits outdoors and off grass, and if something doesn’t feel correct once you get it out on the course he’ll work with you to make it right. In my opinion, not much more you can ask for out of a fitter.

I have gone to several professional fitters including flying into one at a prominent golf club manufacturer in Southern California. None of them could do what Russ did for me. He is incredible at ensuring you have the right club heads combined with the right shafts. And his assembly process is meticulous. Once my set was completed and delivered to me, I noticed the difference right away. My ball striking is better and my miss hits don't have me scrambling as much. It's no joke, Russ is a wizard and genius at fitting! My best advice, don't compromise.

In my opinion Russ is an expert at matching your swing to the correct equipment using his experience and technology. I am completely satisfied with his matching of my Taylor 590's with lightweight Nippon steel shafts he built for me. He also "fitted" my existing Scotty putter which has dramatically improved my consistency on the greens. I highly recommend his services !

Russ fit me with a new driver and utility clubs. He was very professional and detailed with his analysis of my needs and requirements. He had many options and alternatives for my selection of the final set of clubs. I appreciated his followup call a few weeks later to determine if I was pleased and satisfied with the clubs.
