Silver Lake Apartments E

I've been living here for around 2 years now and it's such a good experience. Spacious apartment with no insects, that's already a huge improvement from where I used to live in NYC. Only had one maintenance request about the water heater and within 4 hours it's completely fixed. Staff is really polite here too.
There's one best thing other reviews didn't mention about the apartment here (at least for first floor apartments): the walls are thick and they keep the room temperature constant. Here in Nevada the outside temp varies from 10 to 110 degrees yearly, but the room is always between 55 and 80 without turning on heating or cooling. I have lived in several places where the inside temp matches outside temp, and this apartment is so much better.

I have got to say, the management is the absolutely best here. Mikayla and the other office lady have been so welcoming and made this move so wonderful, don't move in until next week. I am super excited, and these apartments are really for the renters. Don't let these pass you by a MUST SEE

It’s nice here. I came here from South Carolina because of a job and I signed a six month lease so I could leave if I didn’t like it. However, I like it just fine. In fact, I’m waiting for a larger apartment to become available so I can move my family there! The apartment is clean, updated, well lighted and spacious. My neighbors are very nice and quiet. The office staff have been accommodating and professional. I have no complaints 👍🏾
