Natalie in guest services was very professional when answering my question in regards to paging my wife. Due to the recent store remodeling, I was unfortunately informed that the public announcement system was out of order in addition to newer rules governing the employees and restricting them from such announcement. If she would be willing to go find an orange road cone and speak into the small end amplifying her voice and calling for my wife while walking around the store...

How a store goes to Excellent to Not Excellent because of one employee... however...
I am giving 5 stars, because I understand that one bad experience does not make an entire store bad.

But, I had a situation where I ask a lady how to find the Ice code bar in a self serve registry.

This old lady was, probably, not in a good mood for some reason. I am pretty sure, she didn't mean to act rude towards me, but she did.

I had another interaction with a young Latin lady the day before and it was totally different, she was very sweet and kind and ready to help.

Even today, the lady that is at front waving in and out the customers was very nice and very polite.

I have been a customer of Target for decades, and I am looking forward to continue being their customer...
