(November 29, 2021, 9:00 am)Shout Out to Fitness Connection on Red Bird lane, for actually having a functional shower for those of us with a physical disability but still enjoy working out at the gym! It was nice not having to drag my walker into the shower with me! Some of you other Fitness Connection better step up your game!

(July 21, 2021, 1:16 pm)I’ve been a member at Planet Fitness for 10 years now and I just went to Fitness Connection for the first time to try it out. I was very impressed with the gym and equipment. The ladies only area was very impressive and had me leaning to switch over to this gym. The best part to me was the sauna though. It’s inside the ladies locker room. It’s huge and very hot! Loved it! I was not impressed however with the lack of cleanliness. There were lots of paper towels on the floor and trash cans were full. I also enjoy using the total body enhancement and tanning beds at PF, so not sure I’m ready to leave that. BUT, child care while you work out included for $10 a month??? Very intriguing.
