My entire family have enjoyed working with Shellee and her team, Shari and Nicki for twenty years! They have managed all of our insurance needs including our homes, cars, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, atv’s, etc...
We have two sons and thank goodness for Farmers insurance and their bundle insurance opportunities! We always feel safe knowing Shellee and her team have our backs whenever we have an accident or even when our home had a devastating fire in 2006. I was making our claim while the fireman were putting out the fire. Farmers helped us immediately with financial assistance and made us feel safe and secure!
They have always provided their expert advice and saved us thousands of dollars over the years. I feel like they are part of our family!

Shellee and her entire office staff are the most professional, responsive agency I have ever dealt with. I have been a customer for over 20 years and I cant even begin to describe how happy I am with their service. I would recommend anyone looking for insurance to contact her office...BEST EVER!!!

I had great experience with Shellee and her staff. She is very knowledgeable and responsive. Whenever I had a question, her team answered me almost instantly. I liked the insurance products she recommended. She also comes to visit my business about once a year and makes sure we are properly covered. I high recommend her!

Shellee and her team have taken care of all of our business insurance needs for years. They are very responsive to my needs. As an example, I called from my car yesterday because I needed proof of insurance for one of my commercial vehicles and was under a time crunch. They had it emailed to me in under 5 minutes. I always feel like they are there as my insurance advocates, not just my agents. They fight to get me better rates and make sure my specific business needs are covered. I highly recommend them.

Shellee and her team are wonderful to work with. I can always call Shellee to ask for advice on coverage for both my personal and business insurance needs. We entrust them with our Home and Auto Umbrella Policies and Life Insurance for the whole family. Shellee is honest, responsive and thorough. She cares about the needs of our family and is willing to forfeit business to another company (due to pricing/coverage) if she can't beat it. That is business integrity at it's best.
