Not only does she know the answer to every question we have ever asked, but she truly cares about the clients of Independent Bank. Her clients issues become her issues until they are resolved to the client's satisfaction and to TJ's satisfaction. TJ is a gem and Independent Bank needs to do everything possible to hold onto her! Recently I had to close an account at another bank (chase) and they messed up writing the check so that I was not able to deposit the check. The ladies here explained why they legally couldn't take the check and told me what I could do. They were very nice about it, unlike the people I worked with at the chase bank. The ladies here made a total disaster into a pleasant experience. USE THIS BANK FOR ANY OF YOUR BANKING NEEDS!!!
