I had a great experience with CIA - they cleaned carpets in my clinic. Job was done fast, accurate, affordable and no hassle at all. Carpets were not only cleaned but sanitized as well. I have used Bill and his staff for the last 2 years without fail. I made the mistake of trying another company a few years ago and will not do that again. The staff at C.I.A. are all very friendly, and they ensure you are satisfied before they leave the building. Our old nasty carpets look great after they are done. I will continue to use them without fail.

I was very pleased with Chris and the job he did. He was very professional and quick, which was great. The carpet dried very quickly and the pet stains were taken care of. I am especially impressed at their guarantee that if spots come back within a week, they will come back and clean the area again.
