I called Mr. Casey as I needed assistance with a pre listing appraisal. My property is unique and located in a rural area. Although, Mr. Casey was not able to provide his services due to the nature of the project, he took 45 minutes of his time to guide me and provide helpful information in my search of an appraiser with local knowledge of the area. He researched the property while we were on the phone and was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
