I love Coach Drea! Alpha Delta Fitness has kickstarted my heath journey. If you are looking for a Personal Trainer or Nutrition Coach, Drea is the one!! I personally achieved more in 6 weeks of working with her- than the last 3 years working alone.

Coach Drea is the best trainer I've ever had. She takes a holistic approach to fitness....training, recovery, mental health, and nutrition are all part of the individualized plan she creates for her clients. She caters to individual goals and needs; and she listens to her clients. It's not a one-size-fits-all approach. Drea is tough and will push you for more, but her expectations are not unrealistic and I've found that I can do more than I think I can, which is so rewarding! I've been a client for about 2 years and have seen results, I'm in the best shape of my life and I feel great (mentally and physically).

Coach Drea is the example that other trainers should be measured by. She strives to make sure you have every question answered. She will push you harder than you expect and will celebrate your victories with you. Her communication skills are absolutely amazing. She strives to make sure you understand everything. Not just by explaining but also showing you how or giving you examples. You will not regret working with her. Best decision I have ever made.
