Peaceful Pelvis Physical Therapy

Going to Peaceful Pelvis PT was one of the best decisions I made after having my child. Dr. Loni takes her time assessing what your body needs, breaks down each exercise, and develops an individualized plan. Since starting PT, my body has transformed, and all of my aches and pains have disappeared. My friends and family, even our mail lady have all told me how great I look and what a difference they see.

I had been struggling with pelvic floor pain and interstitial cystitis for years before getting pregnant with my daughter. After her delivery, my pain and other symptoms became much worse. I had several types of treatments over the years, including pelvic floor PT. Except I had never met anyone who told me that my body should not accept being in pain. Loni taught me how to get my body back. She has guided me through a variety of stretches and exercises to gain back control of my body - and bladder. Loni is the kind of practitioner who you only need to meet once to know you’re in good hands. I haven’t felt this good in many years.

I feel very blessed and lucky to have found Dr. Hersch - she has been so helpful and on point with everything & I have been searching for answers for a few years! It's been a great relief to find the help I needed. She's professional and kind - the best of both worlds!

I started with Dr. Loni Hersh after my second child and after attempting to return to exercise (I had already gotten the clearance to exercise from my OB). I had experienced some discomfort and wanted help fixing things before I made anything worse. Dr. Loni Hersh made me feel comfortable, explained everything thoroughly and always checked in to make sure I understood. She gave me a few exercises to work on but I really like how she showed me how to incorporate what she taught me into my daily activities like picking up my baby, doing laundry or getting in and out of bed. As I got stronger, she has helped me progress so that I can return to doing exercise that I love. If you're a mama, whether freshly postpartum or not I highly recommend Peaceful Pelvis PT!
