I am from out of town and it was recommended as a nice place to visit. It exceeded my expectations and reminded me of the green space near my home (Philadelphia). I highly recommend the area when you visit if you are looking for Green Space.

Very nice. Great shape, trails are snow plowed and asphalt. Well maintained.

Parking lot has a thick curb to enter; don't bottom out your car. Lovely fishing pier and playground. Wide open greens to run around in. Picnic pavilion had way too many picnic tables to be useable, and ought to be chained down.
