Bauer's Custom Hitches

The owner of this establishment is excellent to deal with! Great service hands down! I had a UHaul truck I needed to drop off. The place I rented from said the nearest UHaul place was 30 miles from where I was. I found Bauer's on the web which was only 4 miles from where I was. I called and talked with the owner. He was very nice and very helpful and put my mind at ease. He found me in the system and put me down for drop off there. Drop off was super easy. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Outstanding service. Rented a trailer here in May. Easy/fast rental and easy/fast return. This month I had a propane tank recertified. The owner (and staff) is helpful and friendly. I will return!

Had a new hitch put on our Audi Q5 and it turned out MINTY! Looks as good as OEM and the workmanship and professionalism was top notch. If you need a hitch put on, especially if you have a higher-end import, these are the guys.

Really pleased with the service I received at this location all the employees were extremely helpful, friendly, and polite. Which is greatly appreciated when dealing with the stress of moving and all that it entails. I would personally recommend this location to anyone and based on how I was treated if I still lived in the Twin Cities I would be a customer of all their services. A good childhood friend helped me pack and he had nothing, but great things to say about this business as well.

Not realizing that everyone and their neighbor is looking to get hitches installed I had left this task for the last week before going on a road trip. I called multiple other places and average wait time was 2 weeks. After a string of disappointments I called Bauer on a Sunday and in spite of being busy and not to mention incredibly hot (weather wise) the guys (Marcus, Chris and Josh) undertook the job and delivered in style. I have incredible respect for the team for doing a professional and thorough job and for being so courteous about it. Highly recommended.
