I’ve had the pleasure of knowing the studio owner, Heather Fenton, for nearly a decade. We’ve collaborated in a variety of ways- as clients, co-facilitators, business colleagues, and friends. Over the years, I’ve witnessed her dedication to her craft and to the people in her life. She is a woman with many talents (a skilled graphic designer and meditation/yoga teacher to name a few) and most importantly is authentic, open-hearted and acts with integrity. Her mindful and caring nature have enabled her to cultivate and support such a lovely community. I love visiting Stream Yoga + Meditation- it's a beautiful, welcoming and accessible space- a gift to Port Colborne and the wider Niagara Region.

Profoundly life changing environment with a high level of commitment, quality, discipline and professionalism....... yet FUN.
A relaxing, kind, uplifting, non-judgemental and welcoming space to explore ALL facets of growing, struggling, pain and JUST BEING with ourselves in this crazy mixed up thing we call life. Thank you Heather and Megs for your beautiful vision....this is my somewhere over the rainbow! 🌈💜🖤💚💔💛💙♥️
