Oak Tree Surgery Center

I went to Oak Tree Surgery Center in April 2021. Was nervous as this was my first experience of invasive procedures. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience. They regularly communicated to help me prepare for the procedures. On the actual day, staff were very professional right from my arrival. They continuously spoke to keep my spirit high. Actual procedures were smooth and pain free. I was sedated. Few days later, they followed up by calling to enquire about my wellbeing. I saw great diversity within the staff profile. Thank you for your excellent service!

I had my endoscopy done today early morning. This is the second time having a procedure in this facility. My first one was a colonoscopy done at the beginning of last year.
Even though I was extremely nervous, the wonderful start made sure to make me feel comfortable.
They are amazing! Starting from Rebeca, Cara and the rest of the staff (wish I could remember every single name).
Last but obviously not least, Dr. Nayar. Amazing human being. Extremely polite and makes you feel so comfortable. He takes the time to explain in details what has been done.
I recommend this doctor and the facility with eyes closed.
If you are having any digestive system issues, don't hesitate to have a consultation with Dr. Nayar. You won't be disappointed.

I was in for an endoscopy, everyone from front staff, patient care technician, nurses, anesthesiologist and doctor were friendly, caring and made me feel safe. I always have problems with nurses finding my vains for IV and my nurse found it fast and inserted IV with little pain, this was a plus for me. Highly recommend.

If I could give this place more stars I would. I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy by Dr. Patel and EVERYONE involved was kind, caring, and friendly. They helped keep me calm and even got me to laugh a bit. I suffer from severe anxiety and on this day I didn't even need meds to relax me. They're that good. I'm so grateful and will always sing their praises.
