Cityview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

During this difficult time, with Covid precautions and people not wanting to work, I have to say that the staff here have been amazing. I see the managers working the floor, helping the patients and keeping the building safe and clean. The nurses and CNA's go above and beyond with any request I have made. Things are not perfect, but, they have a proactive team that will address issues when brought to their attention.

I moved my mother into this facility a month ago, on the long term care hall. She is extremely happy and content. She attends and enjoys the wide variety of activities offered. When I visit , she is always clean and well groomed. The facility is clean, free of clutter and odors. Staff is courteous and helpful with questions or concerns. I appreciate the extra screening/precautions the facility has in place to keep the residents and staff at decrease risk during the pandemic. Great job Cityview!

The nurses in Memory Care are very caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. They take great care of my mother-in-law. It would be nice if they had a little more activities for their Memory Care patients, but they do a great job overall. The facility is nice and is kept clean and smelling fresh. Meals are good.

Doris the receptionist is amazing. I was there on Saturday to pick a resident up for the first time and had wrong information. She was very nice and helpful. I was able to get the correct information from her and get moving!
