Active Physical Therapy

Nellie was wonderful. She took great pains to guide me through the exercise program she mapped out for me. She also taught me targeted exercises that I will continue to do.

My therapist, Nhelly, was amazing! She has a very caring personality. She understood the complexity of my injury very well, identified a plan for recovery and taught me how to manage the injury after I was released.

I was treated by Nhellyanha Hernandez and she was just amazing! My neck and back were hurting to the point I couldn’t even move my head. After my first session with her, I noticed the improvement and felt better. It took only 5 sessions for me to be up and running again. I highly recommend Nhellyanha! She is not only very professional and experienced but she also takes the time to listen to you.

Let me start by my admiration towards my Physical Therapist Nelly! She is an amazing person with a great personality, she helped me so much after my recent car accident when I thought recovery was impossible. She truly invested her time into me and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process! I have been to physical therapy before at my insurance providers office (Kaiser Permanente) and in no way shape or form does the treatment here even compare. The progress I’ve made here in half the time I would’ve someplace else is astonishing to be frank. Everyone here is friendly and you feel very welcome and warm, upon arrival, the first face I see is usually Sherry at the front desk and she is a delight! I love coming here and wish my Therapy wouldn’t eventually reach its end. If your having second thoughts about coming here, DON’T! Come on down, bring your script and change your life for the better!

The Rockville location has a great team and a wonderful atmosphere. They are very professional and have an amazing customer service skills. Very Friendly and they know how to make clients feel welcome with hope that soon everything will get better.
