Overall, we had a wonderful time. Our first room hadn't been cleaned when we arrived, so they upgraded us to a bigger room. There were no bedding for the pull out sofa, so we went to the front desk to get some and were told by the night attendant that she couldn't get any. NO blankets to be had, hotel was booked, so she couldn't get any from another room and said there was NOTHING she could do about it. I explained that we had a son on the couch and needed a blanket, I finally asked for multiple sheets so he could cover up, she gave me 1 flat sheet and 4 fitted. We made it work.

The breakfast was good, plenty of food!

I would like to start by saying that people who have left negative comments, either have never been to this hotel or have different expectations, and in this case I recommend them to go to some renowned 5-star and realize that there are problems there too.

This hotel is conveniently located off the I-95 motorway with numerous fast food options, a well-known chain outlet very close by, and especially for Tesla owners there is always a supercharger at the outlet.

The staff is very friendly and full of energy, checkin and checkout are very simple and fast, the price is very affordable, and I must say that we were pleasantly surprised to find everything extremely clean and well maintained. The bathroom has all the products of a well known and excellent brand of creams, shower gels and shampoos.

The breakfast is hot and satisfies all tastes, and the staff restock immediately as soon as something is missing. The city of St. Augustine is very close so no problem. We will definitely return to this hotel next time we pass over there. Absolutely recommended
