They are a really great company, they got any issues with the liner resolved relatively quickly. If there had been a way I would have done a 4 1/2 * instead of just a 4. The only reason it was not a 5 was we have run into some issues with liner popping out of the top runner which we are fighting with getting it back in place only to have it pop back out and have found out that a product called liner lock would have prevented this. We would have paid a little more for this but it was not offered. Just be aware to ask for liner lock if you are relining an inground pool.

Very helpful getting our swimming pool under control in a difficult setup. Complete water testing and supplies when you need them, which I always do. Thanks guys!

What a personalized experience from the owner. After testing our water samples she quickly identified the chemicals needed to balance out our pool then gathered all supplies needed to check us out as well as explained in step by step details of how and what order to put the chemicals in the pool and how long to wait between.
I loved this family owned pool store and will return many more times as needed.
