Johnny and Enrique provided excellent work and exceptional customer service on our 2017 Chevy Cavalier. After an initial diagnosis was given, this team asked us to bring the car back in the next day for a possibly lesser issue. They were correct and not only saved us money but a major headache as well! I absolutely LOVE this place. They always go beyond my expectations. I had the pleasure of meeting Johnny and his outstanding team during their grand opening, and since then, I have refused to go anywhere else. Last night was yet another prime example of why I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Just as they were closing up shop to head home to THEIR families, I ran to them for help for an unfamiliar sound in my truck, and without hesitation, Johnny and Enrique came out to our vehicle to find and fix our problem. During this time, we were explaining to Johnny that we had just noticed that the automotive electrical work we had done at a different shop did not return the screws back into our grill leaving it literally hanging there, so we planned to see them in the morning. Johnny starts looking at what we were talking about and said "no, that will vibrate and could fall off; I have a few screws." He takes off, comes back and, secures my grill, hands two more screws to my husband just in case. All of that paid for with a smile and a Thank you!

In addition-For all the women reading this, if you've ever felt like you were mislead by a service technician at some dealership. If you ever felt like you were treated like you wouldn't know the difference if you needed a particular repair or if that service was being aggressively suggested to you because you...give this Brakes Plus location the chance to earn your business. They'll explain things to you without making you feel ignorant or like "you couldn't possibly understand because you're just a woman."

I have been taking my vehicle here since it opened. Honesty, knowledge and customer service is all here. From the manager Johnny to workers like Scott and Mike you cant go wrong. I have seen these guys get yelled at and still provide a great response. Johnny worked in the location in Buckeye originally and when I heard he moved to the one in Goodyear I followed, I can always count on him to give me the best service for my vehicles. Highly recommended!!!!

Brakes plus was able to get us a last minute alignment apt! Unfortunately they couldn’t do it due to a recall but were extremely nice and printed off all the paperwork on it. They also kept our car parked in the shop while it was storming! Would highly recommend! Both managers I encountered were extremely knowledgeable and helpful

These guys are awesome! I wasn’t there as long I expected to be as I needed an alignment on my dodge. Johnny got me in quick, and their tech Daniel even explained that my alignment being off could have wore my tires in a way that could have costed me a new set (I have very expensive tires). Thank goodness for knowledgeable friendly staff! I am a mother of 5, and they made sure driving in a straight line was the least of my worries! Did I mention they were really quick? Lol Thank you Brakes Plus!!!
