My wife and I had been looking for a home in the Denver, NC area for almost 2 years when our son recommended Steve and Lorraine Giordano to help us find a home. We contacted them and went to their office to consult on finding us a home. Our first meeting with them was very relaxed, pleasant, they sat and listened to us about our wants and needs in the type of house we were looking for. We signed a contract that day and thus began the real search for a home. Steve and Lorraine were very patience with us over the next 8 months while looking at houses and land until we found one that fit our needs. They did not push us to buy anyone particular house. Steve and Lorraine Giordano, of the Giordano Realty Group, recently guided us to and through the sale of our house. From helping us determine the value of our home, to assuring the closing went well (we closed remotely), Lorraine and Steve were with us every step of the way. They gave us feedback to help us get our house showing at its best, and took all necessary Covid precautions for the Open House and showings. As we navigated through the process, they were in constant contact, offering valuable feedback and relaying communication from the interested parties, inspector, appraiser, buyer, buyer’s realtor, buyer’s bank and attorney, in a timely fashion. (Very important during this seller’s market!) Calm and reassuring, they were thoroughly professional and empathetic as we experienced some typical hurdles. Their support, flexibility and sense of humor helped us get from “soup to nuts” in one piece. We would definitely recommend Giordano Realty Group for all future real estate transactions!
