Prairie Land Towing

My Ram truck shut down, and Prairie Land was available on a Sunday (during the Packer game). Adam got the truck on the flatbed, made us feel comfortable and at ease. He turned a bad experience into a great one. What a wonderful customer experience. Thank you!

Would recommend Prairie Land Towing every time! Called 3 different towing companies in the area this morning and every single one was "too busy" Got right through to Prairie Land's receptionist. She was friendly over the phone. Adam was at my car within 20 minutes. Super helpful and ended up saving me time and a lot of money by his expertise and willingness to help and not just make money. Very professional and very friendly guy!

It would seem to the average person, I'm included in that statement, that reviewing a tow truck company would be like recommending a toilet brush brand. You hate having to use it, but you're sure glad you did because when you're left looking at a pile of crud, it's there to fix the situation.

Well, Adam, my driver, doesn't fit any of the above analogies. He was clean, helpful and went the extra mile. Most people think of the far side of a toilet brush when they think of high fees, angry drivers and their car being bashed up. Adam gave me no such fears. The exact opposite, he took care of my car like it was his own and helped me out as if we've been long time friends.

I say this directly to management: a worker like Adam is not only hard to come by, but easy to loose as he's a rarity. If he's not happy, since a guy working this hard clearly loves his craft, then that is your fault for not treating him like the professional he is. That being said, I'm sure no such issue will arise as everyone at Prairie Land was awesome and very helpful.

I had the best towing experience ever. Adam and his partner were very professional, kind, experienced and very accommodating. They both went above and beyond the call of duty. They even followed me home to make sure I made it safely. Thank you guys.
