Just back from a very relaxing and life changing weekend learning to meditate at Oxon Hoath.
Beautiful venue to switch off and meditate.
Amazing vegan food and lovely fellow meditators.
Gemma was a great teacher and the proof of all the benefits of TM are reflected in both her and Colin.
I’m finding now I’m home and meditating twice a day ,that I feel so much clearer mentally, more able to cope with any stress and generally a nicer person!! Who knew something so effortless and simple could be the answer to what we are all looking for- bliss and happiness!

I recently experienced this retreat and it was incredible. The TM teaching was brilliant and really helped me go further, plus Oxon Hoath itself is a stunning place to spend three days and the food was amazing!

I highly recommend learning TM, it has changed my life in so many ways, not least of all such a simple easy technique bringing much more joy and happiness into my life. It is even better when learnt at the beautiful Oxon Hoath, or at a retreat weekend there. What a magical place with stunning nature surrounds and amazing organic food. Highly recommended as a retreat away from London madness but still so close!
