Everything was fine as usual but, due to COVID19 things had changed. I stayed in the car the whole service; and I really don’t know everything they do. It was uncomfortable following instructions from technician screaming at me when he completed the check list besides oil change I had.
Maybe they should have written signs so we can read what they want client to do, instead screaming; and I didn’t know they were talking to me, when I had other guy by my window asking me questions. Then they didn’t check the maintenance light, I asked them to reset it. I really like service; maybe they should have a written page for the client to follow up. They Have to remember some people experience anxiety and others can’t understand what they say. Service was fine and complete. Just little uncomfortable to understand what they wanted me to do in this first time after covid.
