Wonderful experience all around. The Best Pilates Session I have ever received. Roxann is Extremely patient, she explains every movement and helps you understand how to fully train your body to work each exercise properly.
Roxann is an amazing pilates instructor and a gifted teacher. She knows more about the workings of the human body than anyone I have ever met. Pilates with Roxann is both challenging and invigorating. Pilates under Roxann's keen eye has given me the body I have always wanted.
I have had private lessons here for about a year. Roxann is knowledgeable at a level that I have not experienced before in Pilates. I found muscles that I didn’t know I had and feel much stronger with less back pain. I highly recommend Roxann!
Roxanne is a very knowledgeable and caring instructor. I started coming for back issues and feel 100% better. She is an expert on the back. I feel stronger, I'm more flexible, and my back pain has gone away. I highly recommend Roxanne as a Pilates instructor.
This place has been a life changer for me. Coming from a fitness background this studio has humbled me since day 1. It has provided me continual growth in learning more about myself, improving my form, my results, and my body hurts less. I've enjoyed going through the certification for Mat Pilates as well. Roxann is very knowledgeable, and really knows her stuff. I'm a fan for life! Highly recommend.
