Love this local Lee’s Summit yoga studio! This is a wonderful place to practice yoga. They have the best instructors that know what they’re doing and truly love yoga. I have been to different studios in Kansas City and was not as impressed. Nice variety of classes and they are always adding more. I also went to the raising the vibration DJ thing outside they did last week and it was a blast. I love the new studio location, as they have an outside area that we can do classes outside when the weather permits.

I have been attending classes at Core Balance over 5 years now. They offer a wide variety of class types and options through the day, something for everyone. All instructors offer modifications to fit the needs of everyone in their class. I have taken classes from almost all of the instructors Leah has and each and everyone of them have their own unique way and all make you feel comfortable and always stress to honor your body. Very much a welcoming environment. I am thankful for CBYC for all they do.

CBY is a very friendly and inviting studio that focuses on safety. Teachers offer modifications to make yoga available for all bodies and skill levels. Highly recommend!

This is a very warm and inviting studio that has classes seven days a week for all levels of yoga students--from the total newbie to the seasoned practitioner. I enjoy the variety of classes, workshops, and special events that are offered, but I especially love the feeling of community that the teachers and students share in this lovely space. Come join us--you'll be glad you did!

I dropped in for the Friday evening class, and it was well worth it! I was able to stretch and relax and get rid of my week's worth of tension and stress from the job. I walked out actually ready to have a good weekend.
All the people there were very friendly and nice. I felt right at home! I will definitely be going back.
