This is the only place I go anymore for jewelry or a watch repair. I also ordered a special birthday ring, a beautiful golden citrine with a custom gold setting, and John did the most beautiful job I could have imagined. I will continue making them my main source of jewelry and watch repair! I always get my watch batteries changed here, because John has done wonderful work for us for years. Highly recommend.

I've been taking my watches to John for many years. I have to admit that I did use a different company, once and only once, but decided John was the man for the job. The "other" company that I used one time scratched one of my favorite watches badly but I can honestly say that John, nor his staff, have never harmed any of my jewelry. I will never use anyone else, they are the best. FIVE STARS!! I'd give more but that's the limit they allow. :)

Very friendly staff who repaired my watch band while I waited and it was very affordable. It only took a few minutes. I’ll definitely be back!

My father in law gifted me a watch that needed some extra links. They took care of me quickly. Very courteous and knowledgeable staff. I ended up buying a ring while I was there. I like the unique, modest selection. I also appreciated the no-pressure sales. I would highly recommend for jewelry repair or sales.
