Working with Christina has been instrumental in seeing long lasting results with my overall wellness.

Okay, so lemme tell you about my experience and why I believe IW has been my best "gym" experience to date - and I've tried a lot of them!!!! I've been part of the community here for more than 8 years. The owners put a ton of work into making you feel welcome and making sure you have an amazing experience. The classes are hard but I am also able to modify for my specific needs which is huge - I've been to other places where this was not the case and I felt really intimidated and just gave up after awhile. But what has helped me most is the nutrition and "woo woo" stuff they do, like meditation, tapping and other helpful mindfulness practices. I feel like all of me is catered to versus just the workout. I also really enjoy the people - it's not pretentious at all which was another huge issue I've experienced at other places. All in all, this is hands down a transformative experience and I don't see myself leaving anytime soon!!

Inspired Wellness is amazing!!!! Sham and Christina gave me the support and tools
to be successful and I was able to loose 18 pounds in 30 days. These are the best trainers I have every encountered and I strongly recommend them.

I have been working with Inspired Wellness since January of this year and I have lost 75lbs year to date. Sham is incredible coach and mentor and I can't recommend him enough. My biggest issue was with my eating and Sham has shown me the correct way to eat and has educated me on what my body is telling me and what it needs. Great trainer can't recommend enough.
