Friendly staff and clients. More than enough equipment. Even during busy hour you rarely have to wait for equipment.

Roxanne is a trainer who cares about her clients, there needs there pains, and what they need to accomplish to meet there goal. She will run you ragged and kick your butt, but after all is said and done you feel good about yourself, Roxanne is a fantastic trainer she has improved my life, and has turned me around . Thank you
