The flavors in each component are on point. Portions are good sized. Good variety of apps and entrees. I love this place. Occasional wait on pre-orders but not all the time.

Tonight Mark created a wonderful meal for my wife and I! Words cannot describe how delicious our meal was. I gave Mark free reign in creating dinner ordering "Chef's Choice" for me, this consisted of Lobster Shrimp and Beef Tenderloin or a bed of orzo with a basil cream sauce and fresh snap peas. My wife had the Rack of Lamb and she was utterly speechless upon first bite. She rated her meal with 5 stars 🌟. She was grinning from ear to ear as she savored each bite. We also had the gator tail appetizer which was cooked to perfection. Once again Mark you hit this meal out of the park and anyone doesn't think they can get GREAT FOOD from a food truck/ trailer they are missing out.

The best burger in this neighborhood for sure. Friendly people with fantastic food. A must visit place if you are in the Tampa area.
