Very friendly competent group of professionals. I was extremely happy to be able to order 1.74 high index lenses that I could previously only order from Canadian opticians. Designer frame selections were extensive together with Maui Jim sunglasses at discounted prices. We are fortunate to have 20/20 in Fountain Hills.

Friendly and efficient staff. Dr. Peterson is thorough and answers all my questions (usually a lot). They make sure to check all the ins and outs of insurance to help make sure the least amount of money comes out of pocket for the patient. I have always had positive experiences the past two years, even the work arounds necessary during Covid. I really like the appointment reminder system.

Everyone was amazing and made my experience getting contacts after so many years of not wearing them so smooth!

The folks here are great and the service superb. Dr. Peterson is a gem and the staff running the front store are delightful. If you have concerns going to a big chain and being treated like a number, that certainly has never been my experience here.
