Punctual, professional, clean and courteous. The driver/technician was a new trainee, yet he was knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. Job was done fast. The whole experience dealing with this company (restaurant oil removal and grease trap clean out) from the lady dispatcher, to the drivers/technicians as well as the owner Jose is just great.
