Quality offerings in competitive price ranges. A specialty/niche business to which big box and general hardware stores can can't compare.

But I have a more immediate need which is a grab bar in the guest bathroom. I got some great advice on how to choose one and get it properly and safely installed. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy.
