In March 1987 my father passed away leaving me with many unanswered questions. As a child of divorce, I knew little about my father. I had visited and spent very little time with him. Fast forward, a few months ago my step-dad gave me several reel to reel tapes that my father recorded in 1968 while In Vietnam.
I had no idea what to do with them since I didn’t have the right kind of electronics to play them. I found Rick Hale and he converted the reel to reel tapes into CDs. Rick made my father’s voice come to life from tapes that were over 50 years old! While listening to the CDs I learned where to begin searching for my God Parents who I had not seen since I was an infant. More than that, Rick helped bring closure for me by bringing my father’s voice alive. He made certain that he was able to bring the best quality sound possible and was very concerned about the finished product. Thank you so much Rick! You have no idea what you have provided for me.

I'm an adult who has taken weekly piano lessons from Rick for over 4 years. He is a wonderful pianist and excellent teacher. He is always enthusiastic about his profession and the skills he is teaching. He is also extremely patient and always encourages whatever musical interests and style of music his students prefer. From other students I've met, I know Rick works well with both adults and children.

I took an old cassette with my great grandfather singing and reciting the rosary. Rick de noised it and transferred it to a CD and thumb drive. Now I can listen to it whenever I want. It is such a blessing. Rick does wonderful work. He is very personable and works in a timely fashion.
