I don't get to Sauk often been when I do, SP Nutrition is a must stop. The owner is very welcoming and helpful. Always great service!

This is one of my favorite places the shakes and tea are healthy and delicious 😋. The staff is amazing and always helpful! I highly recommend you visit this place you won't be disappointed!

The shakes and teas are the best around that I've had. I buy the products to make at home, and I still find myself there trying all the delicious new creations! Service is also top notch! I really can't say enough great things about this place so go experience it for yourself :)
