If you're lucky to be there between 7 - 3 and a guy named Ray is loading/unloading you, you'll be done pretty quick and correctly.

Great place to pick up. Very friendly security. Wide open lot. I arrived 1300 for 1500 appt and I was loaded by 1415.

I read the reviews and didn't look forward to going there, however I believe a lot has changed for the better. They moved into a new facility with more room and loading docks. I checked in and was loaded and gone within one hour. That's just a one time experience! May not always be like that but other trucks were loading quickly also.

All these reviews are true but about the previous location right now they have BIG space. No more parking a mile away and walk to the guard shack you stop right front of the guard house. I came in at midnight for 8am delivery not only they let me in they said if they want this stuff in the warehouse they will unload me too. I was worried after reading all these reviews that's why decided to go a night before and figure things out. Yes there is no overnight parking yet there is a new empty building at the corner of the block lot of truckers parked there for a good sleep. After you check in with the guard he cut your trailer seals and tell you to stay in a parking area right after you come in the building. Then they call you and give you the door and someone will come out to take your paperwork and will start work on your truck. All took not even 2 hours and I was out. I am sorry to all my fellow truckers who experienced problems with this company. But take my word for it they changed BIG TIME. I think these reviews pushed them to improve and improvise thanks to all of you.
