Renew Medical Weight Loss Arlington

This program helped me get back to my goal weight! With the structure food plan was sensible and healthy. Since I’m training for a half marathon, I needed to lose the Covid 10 pounds! Lauren and Karen made sure that I was on track. If I can lose 11 pounds in less than 2 months, you can , too!

I started with Renew on 04/24/21, my coach Lauren is the best. She is very encouraging and genuinely cares about your success. She is so supportive and committed to your weight loss journey. In my two-half weeks, I am almost down 20lbs. and no longer have to take my blood pressure medicine. I am beyond impressed with my results and I recommend you give them a try

I joined Renew Medical Weight loss back in Nov 2020 starting off at a weight of 178 pounds . Today, I am now 150 pounds. I’m thankful for my Coach Laura encouraging me to keep pushing and staying focused. High five to Laura !!!
One of the things I love about this place is they provide structure for meal plans that’s been beneficial to me. Sometimes people need that to help keep them on track.
