This is a great gym. It is tiny but they have everything you could need and I rarely have to wait for open equipment. It is a family run business and they awesome people who truly care.

Great spot. Clean facilities and friendly staff. Lots of parking. Seems to offer some sports learning opportunities. We were there for volleyball but saw a basketball clinic

Great family atmosphere! My family and I relocated so we are no longer able to attend the trainings. The staff are great!!!

Always love coming to Upside for trainings and games/ tournaments. Clean environment and lots of perks. One tournament we were able to send a link for family who couldn't attend the game to watch. Highly recommend!
