Burger King

My fries weren't hot, but my order was correct and staff were working hard/ feast to keep the line moving.

Every time I come to this Burger King in Lockport. I am greeted by the same cashier. His name tag says Stan. He is an older gentleman. His warm smile and his greeting when I walk in and then his friendly goodbye when I leave. Just touches my heart. I come in with my toddler and he sees I have my hands full. He brings my tray right to me. Thank you Stan for always being so kind to your costumers.

I think timing is everything...for 2 evenings(non-consecutive) I did a drive-thru order approx 750pm, with a long line still got out within 6 min including ordering, paying and collecting food. Did an order for a family of 4 ... came to 24bucks including a whopper meal w/ cheese, with both visits staff was efficient and consistent all the way through, as well as pleasant; returning home food was still hot enough to eat, and correct (due to my order being complicated). Satisfied with both visits.

Just want to say thank you to the stellar employees at this location my 82 yr old Dad frequents. They give outstanding service to him. I can't appreciate you enough!
