I am really enjoying having clean carpets again! The guys were professionals and explained everything they were doing. I will definitely use Blue Diamond again, as well as recommending them to my friends.

The owner is very responsive and goes above and beyond to make sure that every customer is 100% satisfied. He took the time to understand the type of padding under the carpet and use the right products for pet odors and grout cleaner. Michelle took the time to scrub the kitchen floors and really paid attention to the minor details. Hosting several gatherings and having a messy toddler in the house we will be customers for life!

Michelle and Kevin came out today to clean our carpet after our daughter spilled a drink throughout the living and dining room. I called them yesterday afternoon and they were able to come out today by one! They were extremely professional and efficient! They went above and beyond to get the stains out and stopped at nothing until they did and our carpet looks brand new! We chose this company based on their 5 star reviews and that they are a local company instead of a franchise and we are happy we did! We are going to use them to clean our tile next!
