I’ve been to Tracy for a torn rotator cuff and more recently bursitis of the knee. In the first instance I spent months in rehab only to be in more pain. Every rehab appointment was paid put off pocket since my deductible was so high. After a friend referred Tracy I went a handful of times and was completely pain free and on the path to healing. Recently I found my knee was causing me pain. Went the traditional route and got an xray and was diagnosed Bursitis. Sent home and told to ice and elevate and then do exercises. Every time I did the rehab exercises my pain increased. So back to Tracy after about a 10 year hiatus and within 2 Accupuncture sessions I was and still am pain free. I don’t know what she does other than poke needles in the right spot, but it works. Highly, highly recommend.

Awesome experiences each time I have visited. Tracy is a caring person who takes the time to make sure you are doing well. She genuinely cares. Acupuncture is a great preventative therapy that helps me with grip strength, aches and pains and more.

I have been coming to Tracy's clinic once a week since October 2017 to help treat the pain from my tennis elbow and shoulder. Prior to coming to the clinic I had been experiencing extreme pain in my right arm and shoulder to the point where I was having difficulty sleeping at night. I tried
over the counter medications, topical lotions, heating pads, ace wrap for my elbow and nothing seemed to work. Now after a month a half of treatment I am essentially pain free and back to previous functionality. Tracy is so friendly and personable. When I first started seeing her she sat down with me and explained her treatment focus and explained what she would be doing. She is very flexible with scheduling and easy to reach. Based off my own personal experience I would definitely recommend Tracy if you are in need of an acupuncturist. I have been completely satisfied with my experience and results

Tracy is a wonderful acupuncturist! She spends time getting to know you and your condition. Her treatment really helped my knee pain and calmed my nerves.
