OMG!!! Dr To is amazing, he is the rare Dr that truly cares about his patients. He has incredible technical knowledge combined with really good, sincere people skills.

Dr. To is excellent. His is PA also very good. Front office/check-in polite and helpful. Slight SNAFU on scheduling post Op follow-up. Not a big deal just some confusion at first and rescheduled.

Dr. To is an excellent Dr. He has a great personality, takes plenty of time checking wrist and explained and showed us where the problem was and gave us options for treatment. I highly recommend him for wrist problems.

The receptionists were helpful and friendly. They were prompt in getting me in to see the doctor/PA. The PA was very professional, caring and made me feel at ease. The visit was educational and comfortable. I met Dr.To just before I left, he came to introduce himself to me. He informed me what to expect and what to do if I have anymore issues with my trigger finger. He was friendly and caring and very professional. It was a good experience for my first time as his patient.

Dr. To's communication style is direct, clear and efficient. He answers all questions fully and explains options clearly. I found him to be pragmatic and judicious with respect to diagnostic tools and treatment options.
