We have brought our double-cell shades here to be restrung multiple times. The customer service is very good and the price is completely fair. We have also been able to get our blinds back pretty quickly after dropping them off - usually 1-2 days later, they are ready! This shop also has some very helpful shade/blind supplies too which is convenient. We recently had our plastic brackets break that secure the shades in place and we were able to get replacements from this shop and for a fair price.
