Well equipped facility. Friendly staff. Offers services and advice such as trainers and consumables. Would recommend to anyone wanting a personal gym experience from seasoned professionals. They have competitive pricing and are 24 hours!!

Wow 🤗😁 FEEL GRATEFUL SHREDZ GYM IS AMAZING. MY CAREER; HOSPITAL REHABILITATION GYMS, I HELP WITH ALL PATIENTS THERAPY IMPROVE LIFE DIAGNOSES BUT HAVE BEEN HAVING SURGERIES MYSELF. SHREDZ GYM; KINDEST NICE LOYAL TRAINER, DALTON. I DO RANGE OF MOTION, LITE WEIGHTS MACHINES, NOT ABLE TO BOUNCE, TEARY EYED LAST NITE. DALTON DEMOS EXERCISES FOR SAFE BODY MECHANICS. I have had the best experiance training with Arlette Kelley . She motivates me to push thru and keep showing up . The gym is super clean and nice. They always have good music lots of nice equipment and tons of positive energy . I definitely will refer everyone....
