This is the second time we have used Service King. Both experiences were great and both times they finished our vehicles ahead of schedule. The first vehicle we had to return back for something very small and they fixed it right away. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Let’s just start by saying that this started due to a little fender bender so that was no bueno but it ended in a great way. TBH my car has never looked better. I am amazed by the detail these guys put into restoring my car to how it looked originally. This all went through my insurance claim so I’m not sure what to compare it to but the process was seamless, and I mean seamless. From the start of my claim, I took my car there the next day met with the shop. From that point on that was the most effort I had to put forward.

Extremely detail oriented informative repair shop

The text updates are perfect from the start you receive detailed progress from their system through text message updates. This includes the estimate which included detailed images of the damage of your car and also existing damage and the actual estimate. This goes on daily which automatically sends you detailed progress of the work and approximate completion. They stated it would take about 12 days total to repair my vehicle from the start of November 30. I was so surprised to receive a message Wednesday stating my car was ready. That was 5 days early.

They also have an enterprise rental within the shop that from my experience going through insurance was seamless as well.

Called enterprise 30min before I arrived to the shop, Car arrived by the time I was done with the initial meeting. Keys to hand and off I went. Then you just bring it back when you pick your car up and leave the rental with the shop. Can’t make it easier than that.

The entire process was one of the most convenient experiences I’ve had in a long time KUDOS KUDOS.

The one thing I would fix is if you’re calling the shop, it was a little hard to get through at times and it sends through a system to connect you with the local office which was tricky at times. This isn’t even a negative just feedback. Definitely recommend this place for any collision or body work needed. A+

I don’t normally share reviews but this place deserves it.
I got into an auto accident and their insurance sent me here to get my car repaired. I have NEVER been more pleased with a service before. They are VERY communicative and they did excellent work on my car. I got messages at least once a day from these guys regarding the process of my car. It was finished 3 days before my estimated pick up date. I did go back so they could re attach a part better and they still took good care of me and did it all within a few minutes.
This team is very wonderful. I am so glad I took my car here. The car was well taken care of and so was I. Thank you.

My suv was sent there by my insurance to be re worked on after another company failed to meet repair expectations. The work was completed in a timely manner and you can't even tell that my brand new auto ever had any body work.we had a great experience and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Went in at 4:02 pm as a walk-in and left at 4:28 with a diagnosis and prescription ordered! I was SO impressed by Mallory NP and her staff! From front office to nurse to provider, it was excellent. Highly recommend!

Dr. Washuta is a wonderful pediatrician! We have been seeing her since she started at this clinic and feel that she is not only compassionate but very skilled at what she does! She is so great with kids and my daughter actually enjoys coming to the Doctor. I have sent many friends and family members to see her and all are very happy with the care that they have received. I plan on bringing my twins to her once they are born as well!
