I've had the pleasure of working with Kristy Winant & the other great folks at Paramount on everything from Internationa RON closings to Probate and Estate closings and they never dropped the ball and excelled every step of the way.

We cannot say enough about Kristy Winant, Lauren Toronto, Missy Vancil and Melanie Garza of Paramount Title. We started our cash out refi process 72 days ago. Dealing with the Lender was an absolute nightmare. With the ladies’ kindness, patience, experience, expertise, knowledge, and professionalism, I don't know if we ever would have closed. I had demanded corrections on the loan with the lender and what should have been done weeks prior to closing was completed at the closing and caused signing to be 3.5 hours. Kristy sent her team home and was diligent with getting the Lender on the phone and getting everything done. I cannot thank her enough for her help and knowledge for spotting these errors, she went over and above to stay with us until the very end until this process was closed. I worked in the Mortgage business 15yrs over 10yrs ago and always recommend Paramount Title to my clients. To date they've never proved that to be the wrong choice!! I am personally grateful for Kristy and her team at Paramount Title.
