    Listen to me. I have never had such a pleasant experience at any store in my life. Hailey was amazing. The two girls both greeted me before the door closed behind me. I was thinking, this can't be real. I even asked them if it was a recording, but it was them. They made me feel so welcome, they handled my router return in record speed, Hailey was polite, we joked a bit, lots of smiles, and my needs were met and exceeded. I just moved here and the UPS store I came from was a nightmare, I hated having to go there. (Union city, CA, I'm talking to you!). I do a lot of UPS for work and would intentionally go to drop off access points so I didn't have to deal with the ladies in that store. Now I can't wait to go back and visit the girls in this store. Happy to have found a good spot. It's been hard to find decent employees, and I'd be glad to employ these girls. They're both absolutely top notch👌🏻 If y'all don't give Hailey and her co-worker a raise I might swoop in and steal them🤪
