Carlton and his staff are such nice people and they were very helpful when something unfortunate happened to me that wasn’t even their fault. They helped me out with what they could and we were on our way! If you are in the Occoquan area definitely stop by !

Once again, Prince William Marina, known for treating customers as family (special kudos to Eric K.!) saved a family’s vacation!
One day into a long-awaited boat trip to New York City with 5 other friends’ boats, we blew a water pump 150 miles from home.
Tho’ we’d limped into a large boat repair facility, with covid backlogs, no one there could even look at our boat for at least a week.
Determined to help us, Eric found an excellent mechanic near us and persuaded him to look at our boat same day. That evening, after learning the new part couldn’t be delivered from suppliers for likely another 2-3 weeks (covid backlog again) thus stopping our trip, he found a used part for us at PWM, and arranged for someone to drive down and pick it up, and install it on our boat first thing the very next morning! We were able to catch up with our friends – saved our trip! Customer service far above and beyond!
