Philadelphia now has thousands of home care agencies, and I always thought they would all be the same. A year ago my grandfather was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, and we simply picked an agency from the list. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!

After years of searching for an adequate agency for my grandmother, we finally found Independent Home Care. The agency provided us with an aide that truly cares for my grandmothers well being. The agency goes above and beyond to care for their patients and to match them with home health aides that are highly trained and compassionate. The owner always stays in touch to make sure we are satisfied with the care and to see if there is anything else they can do to improve. I can't begin to explain how thankful we are to have found this agency and we are finally at ease when we leave our grandmother knowing that she is in great hands. Highly highly recommend.
